Return policy
In order to provide the best online shopping experience, we can provide exchange services. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods to process your return and exchange arrangements. Please pay attention to the following exchange terms details.
Precautions
· Sale items, underwear and gifts are not exchangeable.
· We reserve the right not to accept any returns if the product has been worn, worn, washed, modified or damaged.
· Products must be returned in original packaging, including complete labels.
· The gifts and product terms are the same. When returning the product, the gifts must be sent back together. We reserve the right to charge the retail value of any free gift upon exchange if it is not returned in original condition.

Hong Kong and Macau
· Please send us an email to request an exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
· After receiving our email confirmation, please send the product back in its original packaging along with the original label and sales receipt.
· Please send returns to our Hong Kong warehouse for processing, we recommend sending returns to us via a shipping company with a tracking number for tracking.
· If we fail to receive the return within 14 days of exchange approval, the exchange will be automatically canceled by the system and will not be processed.
Singapore and Malaysia
· Please send us an email to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods, we will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
· After receiving our email confirmation, please send the product back in its original packaging along with the original label and sales receipt.
· Please send returns to our Singapore warehouse for processing, we recommend sending returns to us via a carrier with a tracking number for tracking.
· If we fail to receive the return within 14 days of exchange approval, the exchange will be automatically canceled by the system and will not be processed.
overseas
· Please send us an email to request an exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
· After receiving our confirmation email, please return the product within 14 days in its original packaging along with original labels and sales receipts.

· If we fail to receive the return within 21 days of exchange approval, the exchange will be automatically canceled by the system and will not be processed.
defective
· Customers can contact us by email to: cseshop@bonluxe.hk within seven days after signing for the product, together with the order number and product number.
