Testing process
- Five types of general underwear, functional underwear fabrics and APIS protein silk fabrics on the market were selected for testing, a total of 6 different fabrics.
- Shrinkage test: Use 49°C water temperature for dry cleaning and wet cleaning for a total of 5 times to test the shrinkage of the fabric.
- Decolorization test: Test the decolorization degree by washing and drying clothes at 49°C water temperature for 45 minutes.
- Elastic tension test: Use 100N force to test the fabric tension 3 times at a high speed of 500mm per minute.
- Other tests: Tests on hand feel, sweat and even light are also very detailed.
Test summary
The university confirmed that the softness, firmness, smoothness, air permeability, resilience and discoloration of APIS protein silk cloth all meet the requirements of international standards.
