Bonluxe Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Gift Card Security: Once a gift card is issued, it becomes the private property of the customer. Please keep the redemption code safe. We are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from the misuse or theft of the redemption code. The company reserves the right to manage the use of all redemption codes.
  2. Validity: Each gift card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
  3. Usage: Gift cards can be used at our online store and physical locations to purchase any of our products. They have no cash value.
  4. Remaining Balance：Any unused balance on the gift card will be retained and can be used within the validity period.
  5. Recharge Service：We offer a recharge service for gift cards, allowing you to continue enjoying your shopping experience.
  6. Transferability：Gift cards are transferable, allowing you to share them with others.
  7. Points Rewards：Purchases made using gift cards are still eligible to earn loyalty points, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
  8. Refund Policy：You may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a gift card, subject to a 30% processing fee. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after confirmation. Gift cards that have been used or exceed the 7-day refund window are non-refundable.
