First pregnancy journey - 5 months

5 months, and I have started to "walk, eat, and see", and I don't feel hard at all. I started hiring a confinement service, learned a lot and started buying BB supplies!

I feel the fetal movement when I lie down to rest, and I feel amazing! I began to discover telepathy, and I imagined that he would be able to do sports together when he grew up.

As for exercise in early pregnancy, my recommendation is to walk, which can be 15 to 30 minutes a day. And I myself go for a 30-minute walk in the park every day after dinner! In addition, there is a simple set of second-trimester stretches that can be done, which is the lower back stretch. Pregnant women tend to get tired around the waist, so this stretch can help relieve fatigue.

  1. Sit on a flat ground with your feet open in large shapes, straighten your back, and open your hands shoulder to shoulder.

  1. Slowly stretch your waist towards your left foot and grab the toes of your left foot with your left hand. If you can't catch your toes, you can catch your knees.

  2. Then gently hug your abdomen with your left hand and raise your right hand high above your ear.

  3. After Xi the movement, you can place your left hand on the toe of your left foot again and maintain 10 breaths. After doing the left stretch, you can immediately do the right side again, and the whole movement is complete.
