Precautions

· We can arrange delivery to Hong Kong, Macau and the following countries.

· Your order will usually be processed within 3-5 working days after it is placed.

· It will be delivered by different courier companies depending on the location, and door-to-door service will be provided.

· Generally, orders from Hong Kong and Macao are expected to be delivered within 7 days, and overseas orders are expected to be delivered within 14-20 days. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be completely accurate and may be delayed due to out-of-stock, payment or courier arrangements.

· All orders are subject to on-hand stock.

· Recipient’s signature confirmation is required when delivering goods. If no one arrives to receive the goods, the courier company will contact you to make separate arrangements for receiving the goods.

· Please ensure that the shipping address and recipient name provided are correct.

Hong Kong and Macao orders

· Free delivery service is available for orders over HK$1,000 in Hong Kong and Macau, otherwise a shipping fee of HK$30/MOP 30 is required.

· Orders from Hong Kong and Macau are expected to be delivered within 7 days.

Domestic orders

· Domestic orders over HKD 2,000 can enjoy free delivery service, otherwise a shipping fee of HKD 100 will be required.

· Domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 7-14 days, subject to the arrangements of the courier company.

· Customs duties or import duties charged after the package reaches its destination are beyond Bonluxe's ​​control, and Bonluxe will not be responsible for paying any duties or other fees incurred.

· All charges (duties, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer

Singapore and Malaysia orders

· Singapore and Malaysia can enjoy free delivery service for orders over HK$3,000, otherwise a shipping fee of HK$200 will be required.

· Overseas orders are expected to be delivered within 7-14 days, subject to the arrangements of the courier company.

· Customs duties or import duties charged after the package reaches its destination are beyond Bonluxe's ​​control, and Bonluxe will not be responsible for paying any duties or other fees incurred.

· All charges (duties, taxes, etc.) levied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Overseas orders

· Overseas orders over HKD 5,000 can enjoy free shipping, otherwise you will have to pay HKD 400 for shipping.

· Overseas orders are expected to be delivered within 14-20 days, depending on the courier company's arrangements.

· We currently only ship to (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom , United States, United Arab Emirates, Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam).
