First postpartum slimming - 3rd month

In the 3rd month after giving birth, the slimming condition is satisfactory, and the prenatal weight has been restored! In addition to continuing to slim down with postnatal exercise, this month has also added a healthy diet menu, such as 70% full at each meal, as little oil, salt and sugar as possible, and more vegetables, etc., which will help speed up the progress.

Postpartum exercise is mainly based on simple aerobics, such as sit-ups and some fitness exercises. In order to cope with the filming in January next year, I deliberately participated in some martial arts sports to strengthen my body.
